- If you need to change your appointment you must give me 24 hours notice otherwise there will be an extra charge when you rebook. This goes for late appointments as well, if you show up more than 10 minutes late with no call or text, I may not have time to proceed with your appointment.
- If you do not show up for an appointment no matter what service is being provided, I have the right to refuse future rebooking or charge deposit for a reschedule.
- I do not offer refunds. I tell all of my clients if you are not totally satisfied with your hair let me know within 48 hours and I will correct anything that is needed. (this does not apply if your hair did not lift to the desired level of blond.. all hair lightens at its own pace and I do not believe in double processing. Blond takes time and patience)
Day of appointment
- New clients please try to arrive 10 minutes early for your consultation. Also I have limited working space, for safety please no children or plus ones.
